A system that reconstructs an event
The value of a surveillance system comes down to one question: can you see today what happened two weeks ago at a specific point? If the answer is uncertain, the system is not doing its job.
So a project starts with a coverage map: which zones are critical, where a general view is enough, and where face or licence plate recognition is required. That determines camera type, lens, resolution and mounting height.
Next comes recording and retention: how many days of archive are needed, at what frame rate and on which cameras. This directly drives storage capacity and network load, which we calculate up front.

Coverage on the plan
Every camera’s field of view is drawn on the floor plan — blind spots are visible before installation.
Usable footage
Resolution and frame rate are chosen for the task, not for a marketing figure.

Why existing systems fail
