What data we collect
We collect only the information you provide voluntarily when completing the contact form or otherwise getting in touch with us.

Why we process it, and on what basis
We use the data you provide solely to respond to your enquiry, hold a consultation and prepare a proposal.
The basis for processing is your consent, given when you submit the form, together with steps taken at your own request before entering into a contract. You can withdraw that consent at any time — a message to us is enough.
We do not use your data for marketing mailings without separate consent, and we do not sell it to third parties.
Data retention
We retain data for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and consider possible cooperation — no longer than 24 months from our last contact. On request, data will be deleted sooner.
Third-party services and international transfers
Messages sent via the contact form are processed by Web3Forms (Nexinvent LLC), which delivers them to our email. That service receives only the data you enter into the form and acts under its own privacy policy.
Because Web3Forms operates servers outside Georgia, submitting the form involves a cross-border transfer of your data. It happens only with your consent and only to the extent of what you typed in.
The site uses Plausible Analytics for aggregate visit statistics. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and collects no personal data, so an individual visitor cannot be identified.
Typefaces are served from this website itself. No fonts or advertising trackers are loaded from third-party servers.
Your rights
You have the right to request information about the data held about you, and to have it corrected, updated, blocked, deleted or destroyed, as well as to withdraw consent you previously gave.
If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia (personaldata.ge) or apply to a court.
