Residential

A home that gives you both comfort and peace of mind

We equip residential properties where lighting, climate, blinds, security and multimedia share one logic — and where the system makes sense to everyone in the household.

  • Smart scenarios and comfort
  • Security sensors and video door entry
  • Energy efficiency
  • Infrastructure for residential complexes

Where we focus

On a private property the decisive criterion is everyday use. A complicated system gets abandoned — so we write scenarios around the household’s real rhythm and keep physical switches in place.

On the security side we offer one unified sensor logic: a water leak closes the valve, smoke turns the lights on, a door sensor sends a notification.

In multi-unit developments the project splits in two: shared infrastructure (network, video, door entry, parking) and in-apartment systems, which stay independent of each other.

Priorities

Everyday simplicity

Every main function stays available from a switch, not only from an app.

Local reliability

Scenarios keep running without internet.

Safety

Leaks, smoke and intrusion trigger automatic response and notification.

Aesthetics

Equipment fits the interior rather than dictating it.

Solutions

Smart home

Lighting, climate, blinds, irrigation and multimedia driven by scenarios.

Security and video

Perimeter, grounds, entrance, video door entry and notifications.

Network

Stable Wi-Fi across the property, wired runs for critical devices.

Complex infrastructure

Shared areas, parking, door entry and access control.

Typical projects

Full villa fit-out

From the renovation stage: wiring, consumer unit, controller, lighting, climate, security and audio.

Apartment automation after renovation

Wireless solutions in wall switches and the consumer unit, with no new cabling.

Residential complex

Shared infrastructure: video surveillance, door entry, parking access and network.

Questions

What people ask us most often

At what stage should smart home planning start?
Ideally at electrical design stage, when wiring and the consumer unit can be done correctly from the outset. That said, complete wireless solutions exist for finished properties too.
How secure is remote access to the house?
Access runs over secured channels with individual accounts and, where supported, two-factor authentication. We never leave cameras exposed directly to the internet.
