The network as a business-critical service

On a modern site the network carries far more than internet access: cameras, access controllers, telephony, point-of-sale terminals, medical equipment and smart systems all share the same infrastructure. So network planning starts with one question — what traffic will run across it, and what happens if it stops.

We build a segmented network where systems are logically separated. Camera traffic does not interfere with office work, guest Wi-Fi cannot reach internal resources, and critical services get priority.

Wi-Fi coverage is planned on measurements: how many devices will operate where, what walls stand in the way, and how a user moves from one area to the next without dropping.

What people ask us most often

How do you plan Wi-Fi coverage?
We start from the floor plan and how the space is used: how many users and devices per area, what the walls are made of, where high-density zones sit. Where needed we take on-site measurements and verify coverage again after installation.
Are managed switches really necessary?
If the site runs several systems — cameras, access control, office network, guests — then yes. Segmentation, PoE control and diagnostics are only possible on managed hardware. Smaller sites can start lighter, provided the design allows for expansion.
Can a backup internet link be configured?
Yes. We configure automatic failover to a second provider or a mobile link. For critical services both links can be used simultaneously.
How is the guest network kept separate?
Guests get their own network with a separate password or portal. That segment is isolated from internal resources, has a bandwidth limit and, where required, time-limited access.
