The real test of a smart home is whether it is still in use a month later. If every action requires picking up a phone and opening an app, the system gets abandoned.
So we start not with devices but with routine: when you get up, how you leave the house, what happens in the evening, what changes when guests arrive. Then we write the scenarios and choose hardware that can execute them — including from an ordinary wall switch.
In parallel we build a dependable foundation: a stable network, correctly installed wiring, and a central controller that keeps working locally even when the internet is down.
